The facts without the fluff
This hotel is a cozy gem with a prime location near attractions like the War Remnants Museum. Features include spacious and clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet with Asian varieties. The atmosphere is friendly, but some staff could be more attentive. Still, for the price, it overall offers a delightful stay.

The vintage décor and spacious lobby were quite charming, making it accessible and welcoming for my elderly parents. The attention to detail in the hotel's design truly made us feel at home during our stay.
Improve the cleanliness in hallways and rooms.

What shines and what doesn’t
Friendly staff enhanced our experience with attentive service and the breakfast offered was extensive and delicious, perfect for starting our day right.
However, we encountered issues with receiving the correct room type and delays when requesting assistance. It was quite frustrating when no one came to help.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed visiting the Opera for concert vibes and the local market for some authentic shopping. The breakfast was solid and the pool area was nice. Our room was spacious which made it comfortable. Would totally recommend it!
We did have a tricky experience with the reception staff not being very helpful. They seemed rushed and disorganized during our check-in, which could have been smoother.

I had an awesome time at the hotel, especially enjoying the indoor pool and relaxing at the spa after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel is charming with nostalgic decor, spacious rooms, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. However, communication could be improved, especially regarding found items after check-out. Staff friendliness varies, and the misassigned balcony room was disappointing. Overall, a decent choice near the action but with room for enhancement.

missingWrote a review on 18 Aprextensive breakfastcomfy bedgreat locationservice qualitymaintenance concerns
I loved the spacious room at Ramana Saigon Hotel. The bed felt plush and comfy. The breakfast spread was extensive and included a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes, making it easy to start the day on a high note. It was great to have local eateries nearby for a change of scenery. The pool area offered a nice spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, the service did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, the receptionist seemed unfriendly and inattentive. I experienced delays when I needed assistance, and some staff members displayed a lack of professionalism. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep a consistent temperature and showed signs of age. I noticed some maintenance issues like exposed wiring and a slow-draining sink. Room cleaning could also be improved as I found some areas not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, while there were positives, the service and maintenance quality could enhance the experience significantly.
